Just in case, please check if you have internet connection. To do so, please open your internet browser (e.g. Safari or Google Chrome) and open a website such as www.google.de. It's possible that you are currently using an open wifi and need to register first. If this does not help, please click "Report new problem" and tell us, when the connection problems occur.
It is also possible that we currently have trouble with our servers. In this case, we are busy working on solving the problem and kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Using android it is possible that the connection to our backend is blocked by your operating system, mod (Cyanogenmod) or adblockers, even though adblockers have already been deinstalled. Please check your host files and unblock the URLs api.stanwood.de and api.parse.com.

Does the connection problem occur when using wifi and UMTS/EDGE/LTE?
What device and OS version are you currently using?
Do you use adblockers or Cyanogenmod?
Is ON AIR installed on SD card?
